Individual Freedom

Protecting personal liberties and ensuring that government serves the people, not the other way around.

The Problem

Individual freedoms are increasingly under threat from expansive government control, erosion of constitutional rights, and technological surveillance. Americans face restrictions on speech, economic liberty, and personal choice.

Both major political parties have contributed to this erosion of liberty, often prioritizing their preferred forms of control over consistent protection of individual rights.

Our Vision

We envision an America that honors its founding principles of individual liberty, where citizens are free to speak their minds, pursue their dreams, and live according to their values without unnecessary government interference.

Our approach respects the Constitution as a document designed to limit government power and protect individual rights, while recognizing that true freedom requires both personal responsibility and respect for the rights of others.

Key Initiatives

Free Speech Protection

Defend free speech in all contexts, including digital platforms. Oppose government censorship and pressure on private companies to restrict lawful speech. Support reforms to Section 230 that encourage platforms to provide open forums for diverse viewpoints while still allowing reasonable content moderation.

Digital Privacy

Protect Americans' digital privacy rights through comprehensive legislation that limits both government and corporate surveillance. Require warrants for digital searches, restrict data collection practices, and give individuals control over their personal information through portable, user-owned data rights.

Educational Freedom

Support school choice initiatives that empower parents to select the educational environment that best meets their children's needs. Promote educational innovation through charter schools, homeschooling options, voucher programs, and educational savings accounts that put families in control.

Second Amendment Rights

Protect the constitutional right to keep and bear arms while promoting responsible gun ownership. Focus on enforcing existing laws against violent criminals rather than restricting the rights of law-abiding citizens. Support voluntary training and safety programs.

Criminal Justice Reform

End the war on drugs by decriminalizing non-violent drug offenses and treating addiction as a public health issue rather than a criminal one. Reform mandatory minimum sentencing, civil asset forfeiture, and qualified immunity to ensure justice is fair and proportional.

Expected Outcomes

  • Greater protection for constitutional rights and civil liberties
  • Improved educational outcomes through increased choice and competition
  • Reduction in non-violent incarceration while improving public safety
  • More vibrant and open public discourse across diverse viewpoints
  • Enhanced personal privacy and data security in the digital age
